Ridge Reverse
Privacy statement
How this website handles visits and the information you choose to share.
When you contact Richard
You can call, text or email Richard directly. An email link opens your email application; you review and send the message yourself. This website does not submit an online inquiry form or loan application.
When you contact Richard, Ridge Reverse receives the contact information and message you choose to provide. That information is used to respond, discuss your questions and help with the services you request. Email and text messages may also be processed by the providers that deliver and store those communications.
Please keep Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical records, passwords and financial documents out of an initial email or text. Richard can help arrange an appropriate way to share documents if you decide to proceed.
Browsing this website
This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, embedded social media trackers or a visitor analytics script. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and secure the website. That processing is separate from contacting Richard.
The site uses Google Fonts for its typography. Your browser requests font resources from Google, which receives technical request information. See Google Fonts privacy information. External links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
Mortgage services and records
Ridge Reverse is powered by Amerifund Home Loans Inc., NMLS 347051. If you apply for a mortgage or become a customer, separate application processes and applicable company privacy notices govern that information. This website statement does not replace those notices. You can also read Amerifund’s website privacy policy.
Mortgage-related communications may need to be retained to meet business, licensing and legal requirements. Contact Richard with a question about information you have provided or a request to correct it. Any request will be handled subject to applicable requirements.
